Landscaping has already been planted as per the landscaping plan. The proposal removes approximately 40
trees and replants approximately 200 additional trees to compensate. A table of the new tree types can be
found on the Landscape Plan.
Additionally, planting has been provided to the new road as part of the works for the new Civic Offices. A copy
of the proposed landscaping plan has been provided.
As part of correspondence between Martina McPhillips and Peter, it was determined that an Asbestos Survey
and a Construction and Demolition Plan & a By-Products Waste Management Plan are not needed and as such
will not be provided.
A Flood Risk Assessment was completed. It shows how this proposed development will not be impacted by
flooding in any way. The development will not impede flow paths and will not result in increased flooding.
A Pre-Connection Enquiry has been submitted to Irish Water. We have not received anything back regarding
this enquiry yet. We ask that this be a condition associated with this planning application. This application is
only dealing with 2 WCs and so we expect no issues regarding the connection enquiry.
As part of this planning application, a data sheet regarding the proposed interceptor has been submitted.
