Dear Sirs,
Please see responses below in relation to the Further Information request for the above-
named retention planning application.
FI1 -
Dwelling has been repositioned and is now set back 18 meters from road edge. Percolation
area has been relocated to opposite side of the road which also leaves more space on the
site and avoids the cramped appearance of the site.
FI2 -
Sight distances of 60 meters to the north/west and 40 meters to the south/east can be
achieved without the need for sight line agreements with neighbouring properties.
FI3 –
Percolation area has been moved to opposite side of the road. This will increase the size of
the site to 0.5 Acres.
