ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Planning Authority notes that there is scope within the application site to further improve the
existing access arrangements, in the interests of road safety. The applicant is therefore requested
to provide amended site layout drawings demonstrating further improved access arrangements
within the applicants control, having regard to minimum visibility requirements of 2.4 by 50 metres
as stipulated in Table 15.4 of the Monaghan County Development Plan 2025- 2031.
The applicant is requested to provide an amended site layout plan clearly showing the existing gated
entrance to the sites south-eastern corner permanently closed up.
