Applicant: Meegan Builders (Castleblayney) Ltd
Address: Cloghvally Lower TD, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
The Road’s Section have reviewed this Planning Application in respect of Appendix 09 and 10 of the
Monaghan County Development Plan and have no objections subject to the following conditions:
1) Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) shall not be permitted to access the development for
deliveries and collections as recommended in the Road Safety Audit report except for
construction and maintenance of the development.
2) Conditions recommended by the TII as follows:
a. The proposed development shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the
recommendations of the Traffic and Transport (Impact) Assessment. The developer is
advised that any additional works required as a result of the Assessment must be funded by
the developer.
b. The Authority will entertain no future claims in respect of impacts (e.g. noise and visual) on
the proposed development, due to the presence of the existing road or any new road
scheme which is currently in planning.
