permission and retention permission for development at: Letteragh, Clontibret, Co.
Monaghan, H18 FP93. The development consists of; retention of extension to front
porch, and will consist of; construction of two storey rear and side extension, re-
location of existing site entrance, new wastewater treatment system, alterations and
additions to interior and exterior of existing dwelling, entrance walls, piers and gates,
boundary fencing, revised boundaries and all associated site works.
