SITE NOTICE
Further Information/Revised Plans
We, Kieran Brady and Brian Brady intend to submit further
information/revised plans in relation to current planning application 26/60165
namely; “Permission for development at Nos. 55 and 56 Dublin Street,
Monaghan (H18 X754 and H18 DT38). The proposed development will consist
of the extension of the existing ground-floor retail unit at No. 56 Dublin Street
through amalgamation with the adjoining premises at No. 55 Dublin Street, to
provide an enlarged retail floor area, including internal alterations and
reconfiguration works. The development will further consist of the change of
use and conversion of the existing unoccupied first and second floors of No. 55
Dublin Street into 2 No. self-contained one-bedroom studio apartments,
together with all associated site development works. The proposed works
pertain to Protected Structures identified in Appendix 1(b) — the Record of
Protected Structures for Monaghan Town — within the Monaghan County
Development Plan 2025–2031, specifically Reference Nos. 41001180 and
41001179’’
The further information/revised plans comprise the submission of additional
report/drawing material.
The significant further information/revised plans, as appropriate, in relation to
the application have been furnished to the planning authority, and is available
for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making
a copy, at the offices of the authority during its public opening hours, and that a
submission or observation in relation to the further information/revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after
the receipt of the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority
and that a submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed
fee of € 20, except in the case of a person or body who has already made a
submission or observation.
