The additional information in red below was requested on this application. 1. Submit a fully completed water protection checklist. A fully completed water protection checklist has been included with additional information. 2. Submit full design details of the proposed stormwater system to demonstrate that surface waters arising onsite shall discharge to an appropriately sized and suitable Class 1 interceptor prior to discharge from the site. Stormwater treatment proposals shall consider the use of nature-based solutions for the attenuation and treatment of stormwater run-off from hardstanding areas and shall include proposals for future maintenance of same. Details of the stormwater drainage system have been included with additional information. It is detailed in the additional information response that the existing interceptor is adequately sized to service the yard. Details of maintenance of the interceptor in April 2026 and of the proposed maintenance have also been included with AI. Tree pits and porous asphalt have been included in the revised design to reduce water quantity discharge and enhance biodiversity. A typical maintenance schedule for all storm water drainage features has been included with additional information. It is recommended that a condition is included regarding the ongoing maintenance of these features. 3. Submit a revised site layout plan, scale 1:500, demonstrating the following: - All proposed surface storm water drainage systems (outlined in blue). - The directional fiow of all surface water pipelines. - The location of the petrol interceptor and any other nature-based solutions proposed for treatment/attenuation of stormwater - All associated stormwater discharge points and outfalls. - All proposed foul water drainage systems (outlined in red).
