Dear RJ,
Please find enclosed additional information as requested in relation to the above
Planning Permission application.
1. Please find a revised copy of the press notice and a revised Site Notice attached
showing the correct amended development description. I have attached a
planning fee of to this letter. If this fee is not required let me know and
I'll call down and collect it.
2. Please find attached, a signed legal agreement for consent for the
implementation of the visibility splays, between Edel Finn (the applicant) and her
husband Nigel Finn (the landowner).
3. Please find 4 copies of a Landscaping Plan (C-102) which complies with Section
15.22.4 of the County Development Plan 2025-2031. I have shown all existing
hedges and trees to be retained except those which are required to be relocated in
order to achieve the required 50m site distance. I have shown a native Whitethorn
hedge to the boundary of the site to screen the site from the surrounding
landscape.
