ARTICLE 26 NOTICE
Planning Ref. No: 26/60319
Under Article 26(4) of the Planning and Development Regulations it is considered that the requirements of
Article 19 (1) have not been met. On inspection, it was noted that the site notice was not securely erected or
fixed in a conspicuous position on or near the main entrance to the land or structure concerned from a public
road. It is therefore considered that the proposal does not comply with Article 19 (1)(C) of the Planning and
Development Regulations 2001.
Accordingly, this application is invalid and cannot be considered further by the Planning Authority.
