silage slab & geomembrane lined slurry/effluent store along with all associated site works. at Annamarran
Carrickmacross Co Monaghan received on 23/07/2026.
I wish to inform you that your application is invalid for the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.

ARTICLE 26 NOTICE
Planning Ref. No: 26/60313
Under Article 26(4) of the Planning and Development Regulations it is considered that the
requirements of Article 19 (1) have not been met. On inspection, it was noted that the north-
eastern most site notice was not erected on or near the main entrance to the land, not easily
visible and legible by persons using the road, and largely obscured.
It is therefore considered that the proposal does not comply with Article 19 (1)(C) of the
Planning and Development Regulations 2001. Accordingly, this application is invalid and cannot
be considered further by the Planning Authority.
It is further noted that the red line site area on the submitted location plan and site layout plan
does not include means of accessing the site from a public road.
