Dear Brian,
Further to your request for additional information regarding the above planning
application and our consultations regarding same.
I now enclose the following response to the relevant points raised in the additional
information request:
1. Revised site layout plan with the following note removed relating to the sight
visibility splay, “areas between sight lines and road verge to be graded back so as
not to block sight splays”.
2. Ihave removed the piers from the site layout plan therefore no elevational details
are now required. This allows the applicant to erect exempt development front
boundary and entrance gates and piers or if they choose, they can apply for
planning permission for a particular design if not exempt.
