With reference to your application for PERMISSION for planning permission to construct 1 No. poultry
house, and an extension to 1 No. existing poultry house together with all ancillary structures (to include
meal storage bin(s)) and site works (to include new/upgraded site entrance) This application relates to a
development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental
Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report
(E.I.A.R.) and Natura Impact Statement (N.I.S.) will be submitted with this planning application at Crossbane
Newbliss Co. Monaghan received on 30/07/2026. I wish to inform you that your application is invalid for the
reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.
