garage, which are currently under construction, and have previously been approved under planning
ref 20-233 & 25-41
Location: Tullycarragh Castleblayney Co. Monaghan
Ref No. 26/52 was Granted Planning Permission on 31/07/2026 subject to 3 no. Conditions.
Condition 1
a) Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit to the planning authority for approval in
writing, a revised front elevation, with more simplified glazing and vertical emphasis on the central window
opening on the first floor, or as otherwise agreed.
b) The development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed revised plans.
Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and securing a satisfactory standard of development.
The Applicants Compliance Submission, dated 04/08/2026, in relation to Condition 1 was received by the Planning
Authority on 04/08/2026.
The submitted revised window detail on the first floor of the front elevation is considered to be acceptable.
Planning Authority satisfied in this regard.
Recommendation
The Planning Authority is satisfied that the Applicants Submission complies with Condition 1 of Plan Ref No. 26/52.
The applicant shall be advised accordingly.

In relation to the above named application and in particular condition 1(a & b) attached to the
notification of decision, please find attached a revised front elevation for your consideration.
The revised elevation has been prepared to incorporate a simplified glazing arrangement
together with a stronger vertical emphasis to the central first -floor window opening

1(a & b).
