reduced to 70.0m and following discussions with Mr. Francis Xavier in the Clones Municipal
Office, No hedge cutting agreements will be required.

The above mentioned revised site layout plan shows a revised laneway orientation.

Please find enclosed 4 no. copies of revised ground floor plan and front elevation addressing
the concerns raised.
