26/40 - permission to construct a new two storey dwelling & detached domestic garage, install
new mechanical effluent treatment system with following mounded / raised percolation area ,
construct new domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works . This application will
supersede planning application P21/484 currently granted on this site at Cornapaste Td
Scotshouse Co Monaghan.
