Dear Sir / Madam,
I confirm that I Eugene Finnegan of the
owner of the subject site hereby gives consent to my granddaughter Kayla Elliott, to
apply to the local authority for full planning permission for construction of a new
dwelling and new site entrance etc at Lattylanigan, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
I also confirm that the ownership of the subject site will be transferred to my
granddaughter should the planning permission be granted,
