Urban Influence must be accompanied by a completed Rural
Housing Application Form (RH! Form).

they relate to your particular proposal. Failure to do so will
render your application invalid.
The additional contact information at Sections 23 to 26 will
not be made available with the planning application.
Section 27 seeks additional information which will be
needed by this Planning Authority to assess the

Failure to submit this additional information, where
