Same shall be prepared by a suitably qualified landscaper. Predominant hedgerow species shall be whitethorn, with blackthorn, hazel and holly also included. Hedging shall be detailed in double staggered rows with eight 2-3 year old plants per metre; 250mm apart, with 300mm between rows. Hedgerows shall be supplemented with semi-mature trees at irregular intervals in singles and clusters. c) Revised house and garage plans, sections and elevations demonstrating measures to reduce the visual prominence of the proposed dwelling, including: (i) Reduction of the proposed roof pitch of both the dwelling and garage from 40 degrees to 35 degrees; and (ii) Replacement of the proposed apex/picture window with a conventional squared-off window. d) Revised site layout plans, cross-sections and levels demonstrating a reduction in the proposed finished floor level from 117.90 to 117, or as otherwise agreed, in order to improve the integration of the dwelling within the rural landscape and reduce the extent of site creation works.
