owner) of the premises located at:

hereby confirm that I give my full permission and consent to:
• Zymante Mikneviciute

trading as Sushi Miau, to proceed with all necessary applications and correspondence
relating to a Change of Use for the above premises.
This consent includes permission to:
• submit a Change of Use planning application;
• communicate with Monaghan County Council and any relevant authorities;
• prepare drawings, reports and supporting documentation;
• appoint architects, engineers or consultants where required;
• carry out any surveys or inspections necessary for the application process.
This consent does not constitute a lease agreement or transfer of ownership. It is
granted solely to allow the planning and application process to proceed.
I understand that this document may be presented to Monaghan County Council, the
Local Enterprise Office (LEO), architects, engineers, funding bodies and any other
relevant authority as evidence of my consent.
