Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
26/24 - permission will consist of A. To demolish and existing single storied derelict dwelling
house and to construct a replacement single storied dwelling and a detached garage. B. To
install a proprietary waste-water treatment unit and percolation area and provide new bored
private well. C. To close up an agricultural entrance and make a new entrance onto a private
farm lane way to serve the proposed development. D. All ancillary site development works at
Carrickartagh Corduff Carrickmacross.

With reference to the additional information received on 11/08/2026, in relation to planning application
26/24, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data and
therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
Please submit revised press/site notice by 25th September 2026
