26/60013 Retention permission and permission for the development of a storage
compound the development for which retention permission is sought consists of
single storey storage building, an office building and storage yard for the storage of
building materials, plant and machinery. Retention permission is also sought for
boundary fencing, relocation of existing entrance, concrete boundary walls, site
clearance and all associated site development works permission is also sought for a
wastewater treatment system, percolation area, petrol interceptors and all associated
site works
