To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally clarify and explain the current use of the domestic garage
located at my property referenced: No. 2648.
I wish to confirm that the structure continues to serve as an axillary domestic garage for
our family home. The interior floor space is divided and utilised for the following
domestic purpose:
Tempory children's play area - approximately half of the floor space has been set up
aside as a tempory clean and safe indoor area for our young children. This is an
informal domestic arrangement that will revert to standard garage use as the children
grow older. i.e park vehicle in garage
General Domestic Storage and Maintenance - the remaining half of the floor space is
dedicated to storing gym weights, tools, work gear, bicycles and children's outdoor toys.
All our summer outdoor furniture is also stored in this area.
The use remains entirely incidental and domestic to the enjoyment of the main dwelling
