In reply to your request for additional information please accept as follows.
Attached are photos of internal use of existing garage and plans of existing use. As seen from
photos the garage has been divided up into a play room and store. The client has divided up
the garage for use as store and childrens playroom and also carried out work on insulating the
existing ope of garage door to reduce heat loss. His intension is that this will be a temporary
situation and he will return to garage when children are grown.
On the matter of the finishes , the client feels that he has tried to match the finishes of the
house in as much as he could afford but that the single corrugated sheeting to roof and side
walls was a cheaper option, otherwise he has matched the napped plaster with painted finish.
