With reference to the above and your letter dated 26/06/2026 requesting additional information, please note the following Additional Information
documentation:
• 4 No. Copies of Dwg No. 26/123_05 Site Layout Plan Rev. A
• 4 No. Copies of Dwg No. 26/109_06, Site Location Map Rev. A
• 1 No. Copy of Site Assessment report from Traynor Environmental Ltd.
• 1 No. Copy of Significant further information/Revised plans newspaper
• 1 No. Copy of Significant further information/Revised plans Site Notice
1. The Planning Authority is not satisfied that the proposed development will meet the requirements of The Environmental Protection
Agency Code of Practice for Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Population Equivalent <= 10) 2021. In this regard the
applicant is requested to submit:
a) A structural report on the existing system serving the dwelling
b) Confirmation that the existing wastewater treatment system has adequate capacity to take the loading from the dwelling house and
the additional loading from the extension.
c) In the event that it is considered unsatisfactory, proposals to be submitted for a new system if required and also the provision of a new
percolation area in accordance with the requirements of the document entitled The Environmental Protection Agency Code of Practice
Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Population Equivalent <= 10) 2021.
. Please find attached revised Dwg No. 26/123_05 Site Layout Plan Rev. A and Dwg No. 26/109_06, Site Location Map Rev. A showing
position of new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and revised site boundaries.
