LANDSCAPE SCHEDULE
Native Hedgerow
A native hedgerow is proposed to the new site boundary in order
to create a natural screen of planting. The hedgerow will contain
native species to Ireland, Please see the proposed planting list
below:

Approximately 140m of hedgerow is to be planted in a staggered
double row 400mm between plants and 250mm between rows.
Base of hedge to be muclhed with 75mm chipped bark mulch to
control weeds and allow establishment.
Existing Hedge is to be retaoned where possible and stems
thinned as appropriate.
Grass Lawn Areas
Lawn seed mix sown at 35g per meter. Minimum of 200mm
depth multipuprose topsoil to BS3882. Grass mix as below

Tree Planting
Within the proposed open lawns, the follwoing trees planting
proposal will provide additional screening at height. The
proposed tree planting will compensate any tree removal of the
existing trees throughout the site.
Trees to be planted as per specification. Rootball stock, to be
double stacked in a minimum 2m3 tree pit with tree root barrier
embrane near service routes or paving where requried. All
planting to be provided with min 300mm septh general purpose
grade topsoil to BS3882 and a surface dressing layer of 75mm
depth medium-grade bark mulch to restrict weed growth and
reduce future maintenance requirements. All trees to be sacked
and tied adequately to support.
