With reference to your application for PERMISSION for permission for the development will consist of the
erection of a detached two-storey split level dwelling with single storey elements, detached garage, site
access to the public road with entrance gates and piers, access lane, waste-water treatment plant with
percolation area, landscaping features including retaining walls and all associated site works at Aghafad,
Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. received on 25/08/2026. I wish to inform you that your application is invalid
for the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.
