existing neighbouring dwelling, connection to group water scheme, new entrance, entrance
walls piers, and all ancillary site works at Coolmuckbane Monaghan Co Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 08/09/2026, in relation to planning application
26/60030, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
We have deemed this Significant as no newspaper notice was received with the Further information
on the 08/09/2026.
