With reference to your application for RETENTION for retention of a 30.16 sq.m single-storey extension to
the rear of the existing petrol forecourt building for use as customer sanitary facilities, together with
associated internal alterations to the existing building to facilitate the reconfiguration and enlargement of
existing sanitary facilities, and all associated site development and drainage works. This application relates
to previously granted planning permission under Planning. Ref. 14/184 and 15/375 at Maxol Service Station
Coolshannagh N54, Coolshanagh Monaghan received on 28/08/2026. I wish to inform you that your
application is invalid for the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.
