Further to your letter dated 07/08/26 seeking further information, please find
attached:
Response No. 1
The new location of the proposed shed as detailed in the application is further
away from the Protected Structure Corcrin House (No. 41403120) which is also
under the applicants ownership to what was previously granted. The proposed
location in the vicinity of a Protected Structure will complement and be
sympathetic to the structure and its impact on the building’s special interest
and/or any views of such buildings. The Protected Structure setting will not be
impacted in any way as the shed has been moved further away from its original
position and is set back in the hillside and will not be visible from public view as
the large existing trees and landscaping are being maintained on site. I have
attached a copy of the scaled dimension drawings of the meal bin from the
supplier and a copy of the meal bin brochure from the supplier with further size
and dimension details. The finished floor level of the meal silo is the same as the
proposed shed which is 44.85.

In order to ensure that the Planning Application fully complies with Section
15.13.1, I have provided a fully completed ‘Supplementary Planning Application
Form for Agricultural Developments’ for this application.
