SITE NOTICE OF FURTHER INFORMATION & REVISED PLANS
We, JMG Investments Limited, wish to submit to the aforementioned planning authority
further information and revised plans with regards to permission for development at: 8
New Terrace, Kilnacloy, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan, H18 DX25, application Ref. No.
26/60302. The further information consists of (a) the change of the development
description to, ‘permission for development, the development will consist of sub -division
of existing residential site, demolition of existing lean-to shed, construction of a
detached two storey dwelling, connections to existing services, boundary fencing and all
associated site works,’ and (b) revised plans providing for changes to positioning / set
back of dwelling, changes to elevations and revised boundary treatments.
Significant Further Information and Revised Plans in relation to the application have
been furnished to the planning authority and are available for inspection or purchase at
a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan
County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during its public opening
hours. A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt
of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or
observation must be accompanied by the prescribed f ee of €20, except in the case of a
person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
