I refer to your Extension of Duration application received on 7th July 2026 and can advise as follows;
It is recommended that, in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Planning and
Development Act 2000 (as amended), the appropriate period of planning file number 20/219 is extended
by two years until (but not including) the 7th July 2028.
