With reference to your application for RETENTION for permission for retention of the existing temporary
modular unit with previously approved planning permission, Planning Reference No: 21532 and the removal
of condition 1 of the granted planning permission, Planning Reference No: 2026 Proposed works include;
I.Retention of existing modular unit for an additional 5 years II.Removal of condition 1 of the granted
planning permission, planning reference no: 2026 to remove the temporary use of the existing educational
facility as a permanent adult educational facility at Dun Mhuire, Adult Education Centre, CMETB,
Mullaghmonaghan, Monaghan, Co.Monaghan, received on 04/09/2026. I wish to inform you that your
application is invalid for the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.
