Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above application, I am to inform you that the information submitted is not

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Note: A pre-application consultation did not take place. You and/or your agent may wish to liaise
with Planning Section prior to the preparation and submission of this Further Information. Planners
can be contacted between 09:15 and 11:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
1. The Planning Authority is not satisfied that the proposed development has been accurately
described. It is of the opinion that the permission should have been described as permission to
retain and complete, and the alterations should have included amendments to the site layout
and landscaping.
Accordingly, as significant further information under Article 35 of the Planning and
Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), please revise the development description, and
submit copies of the site and press notices.
2. The extent of changes to the site layout, boundary treatments and landscaping arrangements
are unclear. Accordingly, in the interest of clarity and to allow for a fully informed decision,
please submit separate site layout and landscaping plans for both the development permitted
under planning file number 24/60195 and the development now proposed under this current
application, clearly identifying all changes.
3. The submitted drawings use overlays that make it difficult to clearly distinguish between the
development previously permitted under planning file number 24/60195 and the
development now proposed for retention and completion.
Accordingly, in the interest of clarity and to allow for a fully informed decision, please submit a
clear set of drawings, including floor plans, elevations and sections as appropriate, showing
the development permitted previously alongside the development proposed under this
current application.
