Monaghan Planning Reference: 26/19 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I, Nevin Traynor, B.Sc. (Environmental), H.Dip. (IT), Cert. SHWW, EPA/FAS Cert., of Traynor Environmental Ltd., confirm that I have been retained to inspect and assess the existing wastewater treatment system serving the dwelling at the above -mentioned site in response to Item No. 4 of the Further Information Request. The existing wastewater treatment system comprises a traditional septic tank and associated percolation area. Following inspection of the septic tank and associated percolation area, I confirm that the system was found to be in good condition and operating satisfactorily. There was no evidence observed at the time of inspection to indicate that the existing system was causing a risk to public health or the environment. On the basis of the inspection undertaken, the existing septic tank and associated percolation area are considered satisfactory for their continued use in serving the existing dwelling. Accordingly, no replacement wastewater treatment system or new percolation area is considered necessary as part of this application.
