Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
25/60416 - permission and permission for retention consisting of the following: A change of
use of 1 bay of existing machinery shed to proposed waste processing building, erect new Bio
Filter Structure to side of building, new structure over existing wastewater tanks concrete
apron and all ancillary works. To retain existing storage shed and underground tanks and office
buildings and all associated site development works. A waste facility permit and/or certificate
of Registration application will be applied for separately to Monaghan County Council at
Mullanarry Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 16/09/2026, in relation to planning application
25/60416, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit revised press/site notice by 02/10/2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
