With reference to your application for PERMISSION for permission for the development works will consist
of the re-contouring of existing undulating agricultural farmland to include the importation of green field
soil and stone ( not exceeding 25,000 tonnes) in order to raise the levels of the land together with all
ancillary site development works under an Article 27 declaration at Drumbarragh Killeevan County
Monaghan received on 09/09/2026. I wish to inform you that your application is invalid for the reasons
outlined on the enclosed Notice.

Applicants name on application form does not correspond with the site and newspaper notice.
