planning permission for a development which will consist of a proposed
agricultural storage shed and all ancillary site development works at Enagh,
Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
Dear Sir/Madam,
I refer to the above and wish to advise you that this application has been declared
“Withdrawn” under Article 33(3) of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-
2012.
Article 33(3) states that “where a requirement under sub-article (1) or sub-article (2)
is not complied with within the period of 6 months from the date of the requirement
for further information, or such additional period, not exceeding 3 months, as may
be agreed by the Planning Authority, the planning application shall be declared to
be withdrawn”.
