I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission for alterations and extensions to that as
previously approved under Planning Reference 23/60074 comprising of i. provision of larger and
relocated single-storey temporary ASD accommodation, ii. construction of a two-storey extension to
northern elevation of existing school building to include the provision of a fire escape stairwell, iii.
ancillary internal & external alterations & refurbishment works, iv. associated external steps, footpaths,
connections to existing foul & stormwater drainage system together with all associated works at
Mullamurphy/Kilnadreen Td Monaghan Co.Monaghan was received on 10/09/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
