Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
25/60458 - retention and permission for a development the proposed works will consist of
the following: 1) To retain change of use from a single storey agricultural shed to a two-storey
style dwelling house with carport and garage on ground floor level, with increased ridge
height, elevational changes and retain entrance gate pillars with wing walls and concrete
apron at roadside, and 2) Permission to complete the development and proposed new
sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, additional sunroom extension,
raising of ground levels to the southwest side of the existing development, and all ancillary site
works at Agheeshal Broomfield Co. Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 17/09/2026, in relation to planning application
25/60458, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit both revised press/site notice by 23/09/2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
