RE: Planning Application for Inniskeen Grattans Cummann Luthchleas Gael

This cover letter forms part of an online planning application lodged on behalf of Inniskeen Grattans
Cummann Luthchleas Gael, for development at Inniskeen Grattans Cummann Luthchleas Gael, Kednainsha,
Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan. The development will consist of a new 2-storey club house, an extension to the
existing seated stand and all associated site works. It is proposed to complete this project in two phases subject
to funding: Phase 1 will deliver the clubhouse, followed by Phase 2 for the stand extension.
