SITE NOTICE
Significant Further Information / Revised Plans
I,Ciara Mulligan, intend to apply for
Planning Permission
For a development at
Tullynamalra, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
The proposed development will consist of the following:
Renovate and extend existing dormer dwelling to form a storey and a half dormer dwelling including increasing
the ridge height, increasing first floor accommodation, creating a new single storey extension, elevational
changes together with all associated site works.
Planning Reference Number: 26-60291
Significant further information / Revised plans submitted includes the following.
1)Revised Site Layout plan including new treatment system and percolation area together with
associated Site Suitability Assessment report.
2)Revised structural drawings including, Plans, Elevations & Sections omitting previous single
storey extension.
Significant further information or revised plans, as appropriate, in relation to the application has or have been furnished
to the planning authority, and is or are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of
making a copy, at the offices of the authority during its public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in writing to the planning
authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of the newspaper notice and the site notice by the planning authority.
A submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20, except in the case of a person or body
who has already made a submission or observation.
