SITE NOTICE
Significant further information/Revised plans
We, Brendan and Michelle Finnegan, have applied for
1) retention and 2) permission
For a development at
Agheeshal, Broomfield, Co. Monaghan.
The development consists of the following:
1) To retain change of use from a single storey agricultural shed to a two-storey style dwelling house with carport and garage on
ground floor level, with increased ridge height, elevational changes and retain entrance gate pillars with wing walls and con crete
apron at roadside, and 2) Permission to complete the development and propose d new sewerage wastewater treatment system and
percolation area, additional sunroom extension, raising of ground levels to the southwest side of the existing development, a nd all
ancillary site works.
Planning Reference Number: 25/60458
Significant further information/Revised plans submitted includes Permission for the following:
1) Form New Entrance onto Public Road.
2) Revised House Plans to include the omission of proposed sunroom Extension
3) Revised Site Layout Plans & Site Boundaries, including omission of existing entrance gates, pillars and wing walls.
4) Revised landscaping report.
Significant further information or revised plans, as appropriate, in relation to the application has or have been furnished to the planning authority, and is or are available for
inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the authority during its public opening hours, and
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of the
newspaper notice and the site notice by the planning authority.
A submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20, except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
