THE REVISED DEVELOPMENT DESCRIPTION:
PERMISSION FOR THE PART CHANGE OF USE OF AN
EXISTING BUILDING, PREVIOUSLY AUTHORISED
FOR USE AS A GYMNASIUM, TO A FUNERAL HOME,
TOGETHER WITH NEW EXTERNAL TIMBER SIGNAGE
AND ASSOCIATED SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS AT
THOMAS STREET, CASTLEBLAYNEY, CO.
MONAGHAN A75 XE30.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans has/have been furnished to Monaghan County
Council in respect of this proposed development, and is/are available for inspection or purchase
at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County
Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made
in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the newspaper
notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be
accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or body who has
already made a submission or observation.
