Disregard for residents during this time, as they also spread hen & duck dung on the surrounding fields. Dung was also visible on the roads in the village as an open dung spreader was used to transport it. (climate change is saying that the summers are going to be hotter what is going to be like with two large poultry (hen) houses in this area. Quality of life would not be good. 2. Small road leading to these premises is not fit for this extra heavy traffic very narrow and no view of incoming traffic. Four new families have either built or bought houses on this road in recent years. Feels very unsafe to walk or cycle on the last section leading to the village and school and church and gaa grounds. 3. No local employment was generated from the previous house so unlikely will ever do so. 4. Planning notice for the new house is attached to gate and when opened is not visible from the road. On a number of occasions, it was not visible. 5. We hope as planners that you would not grant this permission. Signed: Threemilehouse Residents REC E I V E D : 1 8 / 0 9 / 2 0 2 6
