SITE NOTICE OF FURTHER INFORMATION/ REVISED PLANS

Revised development description: The proposed development will consist of the demolition
of an existing dwelling and the construction of a replacement single -storey residential
building for use as a community-based residential respite facility for persons with
disabilities, together with on-site car parking, closure of the existing vehicular access,
provision of a relocated site entrance, and all associated site development, drainage and
landscaping works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. Significant further
information has been submitted in support of this application and consists of; Revised Site
Layout with improved visibility splays, Letters of Consent from adjoining landowners affected
by the proposed visibility improvement works, Water Protection Plan, Revised Drainage
details, Construction Environmental Management Plan, Soil Infiltration Report and
Operational Statement.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan County
Council in respect of this proposed development, and are available for inspection or
purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of
Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public
opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be
made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the
newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submiss ion or observation
must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or
body who has already made a submission or observation.
