Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
26/60300 - permission for a development which will consist of the following; 1) Retention of
alterations to Building Design as previously granted under Planning Application Reference
Number 21/486 including retention of single storey entrance porch, omission of previously
approved single storey link connecting onto existing complex building and elevational changes.
2) Permission to complete development including changes to floor layout to provide team
changing rooms and ancillary rooms on the ground floor with gym room and ancillary rooms
on the first floor along with associated elevational changes and all associated site
development works at Cloghan td, Annayalla Co. Monaghan.
