dormer type dwelling house, with detached domestic garage, proprietary wastewater treatment system,
upgraded site entrance & new site access section, together with other associated ancillary site works at
Cavan Clones Co. Monaghan received on 16/09/2026. I wish to inform you that your application is invalid
for the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.

The application form, press and site notices are incorrect. The proposed site transverses two
townlands. The correct references of these townlands as per Placenames (Co. Monaghan) Order 2003
are Cavan and Carrivetragh.
