Dear Monaghan County Council,
The Peace Link has been very successful since it opened in 2014 but we need room in order to expand
to incorporate additional parking and an additional 3G pitch. You will notice from our ownership
boundaries that we occupy most of the land we own with various facilities and any lands undeveloped
are the remainders of steep hills.
Therefore we would like Monaghan County Council to consider zoning additional “Recreation/Amenity”
lands to facilitate our expansion immediately adjacent to our premises to allow us to add additional
parking and an additional 3G pitch.
