Re: Review of the County Development Plan
Dear Sirs,
As part of the ongoing review of the County Development plan, I would ask the planning department to
consider a review of the current policies so as to encourage and promote commercial and industrial
development on the southern section of Monaghan Town.
I feel that a proactive approach to encourage and promote commercial and industrial development on
this section of Monaghan Town, particularly on areas that are serviced by public water/foul sewer
network, public lighting, roads and footpath will have a great benefit to the entire town.
